Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window for all premium audio products and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your sound experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the headphones or earphones along with all original cables, cases, and documentation into the original Master & Dynamic box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
